Serving waffles for brunch (Gluten free)

 


Ingredients

2cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
4 teaspoons of baking powder
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups warm milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
Step1: In a large bowl mix together (flour, salt, baking powder, sugar) and set aside

Step2: Preheat waffle iron to the desired temperature

Step3: In separate bowl beat the eggs, stir in the milk, butter and vanilla. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended

Step4: Ladle the butter into the preheated waffle iron

Step5: Cook the waffles until golden and crisp

Step6: Serve immediately with maple syrup and butter on top
